Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled experience.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience may be subject to full charge or no refund.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, we encourage guests to contact us as soon as possible.
No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable.
